ATTENTION
The companies that acquire digitalized pressure monitors not holding the INMETRO Certificate approval as of July 1st, 2008, will be breaking the law.  Decree 096/2008 establishes the penalties to transgressors according to the Federal Law No.9.933, of December 20th, 1999. Among the foreseen penalties in this case are:  the fine of up to R$1.500.000,00 (one million five hundred thousand reais) and the apprehension of merchandise.   The market will be constantly inspected by INMETRO, State Authorities and judicial persons that hold police authority delegation.
